Kano State House of Assembly has received over 700 resolutions in 2025.
The Majority leader of the House, Lawan Hussaini Chediyar Yangurasa stated this while reviewing the activities on the floor of the state law making body.
He said, the house passed into law 15 bills.
Lawan Hussaini also said the laws are cut across various fields of human endeavour, which includes Kano Geographical Information System, Kano State Centre for Disease Control, Kano State Signage and Advertisement Agency, Kano State Electricity, and Kano State Security.
The lawmaker who represents Dala state constituency also they have passed into law state and local government 2026 budget estimate.
He further said the state lawmaking body will start using it new assembly complex in March 2026 , and also used the medium to sympathize over the demise of two state lawmakers,Aminu Saadu Ungogo and Aliyu Yusuf Daneji.
