The Chairman of Kazaure Local Government, Hon. Mansur Dabuwa, has been described as a visionary leader with exceptional intelligence.
A young development-driven stakeholder and member of the APC in Kazaure, Engr. Sulaiman Bala Sunusi (Sulbasun Kazaure), has commended the chairman for his commitment to deploying modern technological solutions to drive growth and efficiency in the area.

According to Engr. Sulaiman, within a remarkably short period, the chairman has transformed the administration of the local government into a modern digital system. He noted that Kazaure has effectively been repositioned as a Digital Local Government Area (Digital LGA), with key services such as the issuance of indigene certificates now fully accessible online.
He further highlighted the establishment of the official local government website (kazaurelga.jg.gov.ng), describing it as a landmark achievement and the first of its kind in the history of the council. The platform, he said, enhances transparency, provides easy access to information on government policies and activities, and creates a direct communication channel between citizens and the leadership.

Engr. Sulaiman also emphasized the chairman’s proactive approach to security through the integration of technology. He explained that at the onset of security threats such as theft and armed robbery, the chairman swiftly introduced an emergency reporting platform (kazaurelga.jg.gov.ng/emergency), enabling rapid response and coordination among security agencies. He added that the initiative has strengthened collaboration with neighborhood watch groups, thereby improving the protection of lives and property.
In addition, he praised the implementation of a comprehensive house numbering system, describing it as a critical step toward urban development and effective planning. The system, he noted, will significantly enhance emergency response services and align Kazaure with the standards of more developed cities.
Reflecting on the leadership style, Engr. Sulaiman stated:
“Honestly, when I look back, I ask myself whether previous administrations would have considered using technology in this way to address such challenges. This reflects a rare level of foresight and understanding of modern governance.”
He stressed that his remarks were not politically motivated, but rather based on performance and leadership style.
“I am not speaking from a political standpoint; it is his system that impressed me. Without doubt, he has surpassed previous leaders in the history of Kazaure Local Government,” he said.
Engr. Sulaiman concluded by calling on residents of Kazaure to continue supporting the administration through cooperation and collective effort to sustain development and improve the well-being of the people.
