The Pyramid FM Kano Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) has felicitated the Director General, Media and Publicity, Kano State Government House, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
In a congratulatory message jointly signed by the Chapel Chairman, Comrade Abdullahi Muhammad, and the Secretary, Comrade Mukhar Yahaya Shehu, the Chapel described the birthday as an opportunity to celebrate the Director General’s contributions to public communication, journalism and the development of Kano State.
The NUJ Chapel commended him for his dedication, professionalism and commitment to effective dissemination of government policies, programmes and activities to the people of the state.
According to the statement, his role in bridging the gap between the government and the media remains vital in promoting understanding, transparency and constructive engagement between the government and the public.
The Chairman and Secretary prayed to Almighty Allah to grant him continued good health, wisdom and strength to discharge his responsibilities successfully.
They also wished him many more years of fruitful service, greater accomplishments and personal fulfilment.
“On behalf of the entire members of the Pyramid FM Kano Chapel of the NUJ, we warmly congratulate you on this special occasion. May Almighty Allah continue to guide, protect and bless you, while granting you many more years of happiness and service to humanity,” the statement said.
The Chapel further expressed confidence that the celebrant would continue to contribute meaningfully to the growth of journalism, public information management and the overall development of Kano State.
