The Media Awareness for Hajj Initiative (Mai-Hajj), has extended warm felicitations to their esteemed colleague, Ahmad Mu’azu, on his well-deserved appointment as Technical Assistant (Media) to the Chairman/CEO of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), Prof. Abdullahi Saleh Usman.
The civil society organisation made the felicitation in a statement on Friday in Abuja signed by its chairman, Garba Ubale Dambatta.
Mai-Hajj noted that the appointment, which recognizes Ahmeds’s exceptional expertise and dedication in the journalism profession, is also a testament to his outstanding contributions to promoting the positive transformation of Hajj operations by the Chairman since assuming office.
While appreciating the Chairman of NAHCON for finding Ahmed Mu’azu worthy of appointment as his Technical Assistant on Media, the group emphasized that the appointment represents an excellent reward for his tireless efforts and unwavering commitment to excellence.
Mai-Hajj says it looks forward to a productive working relationship with the new Technical Assistant with the aim of enhancing the sensitization of Nigerian Pilgrims for better and hitch-free Hajj operations in the years to come.
